KRB offers in-house machining facilities for various product lines which enable products to be supplied either in pre-machined or completely machined condition, ready for assembly with exceptional quality.
Product Lines include the following:-
Rear Axle Tube Line(Assembly)
We have world class state of art Rear Axle Tube machining facility where in we have capability to machine Axle tube for Light Commercial Vehicle.
Currently we have two machining lines with total capacity of 30,000 numbers per annum and supplying more than five different types of Rear Axle Tube (Assembly) supplied to TATA MOTORS.
Boogie Shaft Suspension Line
We have the capability to machine Boogie Shaft Suspension for Heavy Commercial vehicle.
Currently we have one Boogie-shaft line with capacity of 5000 numbers per annum which is supplied to MAN TRUCKS.
Front Axle Beam
In addition, KRB has a capacity to machine 30,000 numbers of Front Axle Beam per annum and machine more than seven different types of Front Axle Beam for BHARAT FORGE.
Our capabilities to produce finished machined components allow us to provide manufacturing services that begins with raw material and ends with finished components delivery, all done in-house.
New Developments
To setup new machining lines for new product develpments in Automobile and Non-Automobile sector as per requirements of new and ongoing vendors in coming years.
